Our Machinery

No4 Grinding Line

Sourced from the industry leaders, first of its kind machine configuration in India. High speed belt grinding and roller sanding (double axis motion) producing superior finish each time. Capacity of 15mt Coil to Coil and sheets up to 5000mm

Mirror Polishing Line

Sheet to Sheet high speed Mirror, No.8, 8k polishing cum grinding line, with enhanced finishing and latest lamination techniques to protect the sheet from damages done by glue and similar issues. Large grinding base up to 1500mm enhancing speed and finish of the product

Automatic CTL Line

High speed automatic CTL with maximum accuracy and consistent table top flatness. Absolute exact blanks available maximum up to 4 meters in length and 1.5-meter wide. Automatic de-coiler up to 25 MT

Quality Contol

GLOSS TEST METER (REFLECTIVITY INDEX) A glossmeter is an instrument which is used to measure specular reflection gloss of a surface. It is used in identification of finish benchmarks. Surface Test Report also available.

ROUGHNESS ANALYSIS (RA VALUE) RA test is conducted to calculate the Roughness Analysis of a surface to know both the amplitude and frequency.

Our Finishes

Super 8k Finish

Super Mirror is high gloss, polished finish, having a high degree of reflectiveness which can be done on 2B and BA surfaces. It is produced by finer abrasives, and finishing is achieved by extremely fine buffing compounds. Vizinox Super 8K surface is blemish free and has perfect reflective quality.

No4 Finish

A No. 4 finish is sometimes called the workhorse finish, as it is easy to maintain in high-traffic areas such as handrails, kitchen equipment, stainless steel sinks, bus shelters, elevator doors, and work surfaces.

SB Finish

Scotch Brite is a semi-dull grinded finish with uniform grain, which is obtained using finer abrasives. It has smooth, soft and exquisite grains with a low level reflectivity and unidirectional texture. It is suitable for internal architecture, elevator panels, and kitchen applications.

HL Finish

Hairline is obtained by endless grinding lines which are extended uniformly along with the length of the surface. It is a well-defined directional finish with long and fine lines. It is widely used in architectural applications.

Custom Finish

Combination finish is customized as per end application to match the efficiency, usage and cost. Combining multiple grinding and finishing techniques available with us, i.e. N4, N8, SB, HL. Stainless steel with a Custom finish is attained by mechanically polishing the metal with fine abrasives belts to remove minimal amounts of metal from the surface.

BA Finish Stainless Steel Coils
